WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Butler men's soccer team held its own through one half of play but ultimately succumbed to 18
th-ranked Providence by a final score of 2-0. The No. 6 seed Bulldogs (7-9-3) failed to convert a penalty attempt in the 57
th minute, and the No. 2 seed Friars (10-3-4) took advantage, scoring two goals within a one-minute span to move on to the BIG EAST Tournament championship match.
