INDIANAPOLIS - Butler led the Horizon League with 96 student-athletes on the 2003 Spring Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced. The Bulldogs' women's track and field team led the way with 13 members, while women's cross country, baseball and men's track and field each placed 10 student-athletes on the honor roll.
Overall, the Horizon League recognized 556 student-athletes, which was an increase of 27 student-athletes honored on the fall honor roll. UW-Milwaukee came in second with 90 student-athletes placed on the list, followed by Youngstown State (69) and Loyola (59).
