Over the past year Heck and Butler have worked to secure new partnership agreements with Learfield Sports, Nike, Follett, and Aramark.

Prior to joining Butler University, Heck worked for the State of Indiana where he managed the $35 million budget for Highway Traffic Safety Budget.

Education of our youth is important to Heck.  He has served on the inaugural School Board of the Indiana Connections Academy as treasurer and most recently (June, 2015) was elected to the School Board for the Nexus Academy of Indianapolis where he will serve as treasurer.

A native of Terre Haute, Indiana, Heck received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Butler University in 2005.  While attending Butler, he received the Enrique Camarena Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes his volunteer efforts for drug prevention in Indiana.  Heck earned his masters’ degree in Business Administration from the University of Dallas in 2014.
