Chris Johnson O'Neil was one of the pioneers of women's soccer at Butler. She played on Butler's first team in 1991 and went on to compile a record-setting career. She remains Butler's all-time leader in assists (40), and she stands third on Butler's all-time scoring list (108). She's fourth in all-time goals at Butler (34), and she shares Butler's single match records for assists (3, three times) and points (8). A four-year varsity letterwinner and two-time Butler Most Valuable Player, she is one of just five players to be named first team All-Horizon League for four consecutive years! In 1994, the talented forward became Butler's first women's soccer All-American when she was picked second team on the NSCAA/adidas All-America squad.
