Through Monday's 18 holes at the Butler Fall Invitational, the Bulldogs are fourth in the team standings with junior
Lauren Tibbets in a tie for seventh individually.
Tibbets shot a four-over 74 to lead the Bulldogs.
Betsy Werner (77; T13),
Rachel Gathof (80; T26),
Abigail Gleixner (81; T31), and
Kelsey McDougall (83; T39) round out the Butler scoring five.
The University of Indianapolis, behind individual leader Kylie Raines, posted an opening-round team score of 290 (+10). Raines shot a three-under 67 and has a four-stroke lead.
UIndy is followed by IUPUI (302), Indiana State (304), and the host Bulldogs (312). The Bulldogs are four shots clear of Marian (316). There are ten teams in the field.
The event is being played at Highland Golf and Country Club, with the women utilizing a par-70, 6,035-yard layout.
All 11 members of the Butler roster are in action as the Bulldogs are also fielding six individuals in the event. Freshman
Katelyn Le leads that group after shooting 80 (+10) Monday. She is tied for 26th.

Janisa Bondoc (87; T51),
Megan Skoog (88; T55),
Ally Ross (89; T58), and
Lauren Dauk (97; 65th) are also playing as individuals.
The final 18 holes are scheduled for Tuesday morning with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
