In the final competition of the fall, Butler sent four individuals to West Lafayette, Ind., to participate in Purdue's Old Gold and Black Invitational. The Bulldogs joined host Purdue, Ball State and IUPUI in the three-day event the concluded Sunday.

Ari Gerstein, Adrian Mag and Lope Adelakun each posted 2-1 marks in singles play, picking up straight-set wins over players from Ball State and IUPUI.

Gerstein teamed with freshman Addison Cazier in doubles play. The duo went 2-1 in three Sunday doubles matches. Mag and Adelakun went 1-2.

The Bulldogs are now done with fall competition. The spring dual match schedule will be announced soon for the defending BIG EAST champions.
