The Butler Men's Soccer team has earned the United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award for the 2016-2017 academic year, United Soccer Coaches announced today. This award is given to teams with a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher. This is the ninth consecutive year the Bulldogs have earned this award, the seventh year under Coach Paul Snape.

The Bulldogs posted a 3.2 GPA to earn the award. A total of 854 soccer teams (302 men, 552 women) earned the award for the 2016-2017 school year.
