EAST MEADOW, N.Y. -- Day one of the BIG EAST Championship meet featured Butler posting 28 points by taking a fifth place finish in the 200 Yard Medley Relay. Grace Grzybek, Rebecca Duncan, Audrey Gosnell and Tori Horton teamed up to finish the race in 1:45.84.
 
The Bulldogs just missed setting a new school record on Wednesday afternoon at the Nassau County Aquatic Center. The BU school record in the 200 Medley Relay belongs to Ring, Wagner, Gosnell and Butkus who clocked in at 1:45.83 during the 2014 season.
 
The other event taking place on day one of the championships was the 800 Yard Freestyle Relay. BU was not awarded any points after being disqualified.
