The Bulldogs continued play in Columbia, Mo., at Missouri's Tournament Saturday, dropping a pair on contests. Butler is now 2-2 in Columbia, with a single game remaining Sunday. On the season, the Bulldogs are now 6-8.

After posting a 3-2 win over Stephen F. Austin in eight innings on Friday, SFA returned the favor by an identical score Saturday afternoon.

Down 1-0, the Bulldogs put up a pair of runs in the top of the third to take a 2-1 lead. It was Kaitlin Doud's single to right field that scored both Brandyce Sallee and Sarah Dixon.

SFA tied the game in the bottom of the fifth. The teams eventually went to an eighth inning. Dixon was placed on second to start the inning. After being sacrificed to third, Dixon tagged up on Madi Christiansen's flyout, but was gunned down at the plate to end the inning.

In the bottom half of the inning, SFA also sacrificed their placed runner to third to open the inning. The next batter ended the game with a walk-off single.

Mikeila Boroff went the distance for the Bulldogs, allowing five hits and three walks in 7.1 innings. Only two of the three runs she allowed were earned. Seven different Bulldogs contributed to the team's seven hits in the game.

In the evening game, No. 4 Oregon defeated the Bulldogs, 8-0, in five innings. The Ducks are now 18-0 on the season. Dixon and Sallee had hits for the Bulldogs.

???????Gabbi Schnaiter allowed only four earned runs in her 4.1 innings, but four Butler errors contributed to another four runs. Schnaiter is now 3-4 on the season.

The Bulldogs conclude play in Missouri with a Sunday game against the host Tigers. The 4 p.m. (Eastern) first pitch will be streamed on SEC Network Plus and through the WatchESPN app.
