NEW YORK – Butler forward Tori Schickel was included on the 2017 BIG EAST Women's Basketball All-Tournament Team. The talented sophomore helped the Bulldogs reach the quarterfinals by posting 28 points and 14 rebounds in the First Round win over Xavier. She scored six points and pulled down nine rebounds in the setback to Creighton.
 
Schickel averaged 17 points and 11.5 rebounds over her two tournament games. She connected on 11 of her 18 attempts against Xavier (61%), but faced a constant double team against Creighton to end the contest with just two field goals. Schickel dished out four assists against Creighton while adding two blocked shots and a steal. She was excellent defensively against Xavier with six blocked shots and one steal.
