Emily Neal is the most recent addition to the Butler women's tennis program, as the incoming freshman will join the Bulldogs for the upcoming season. Coach Tayo Bailey announced the addition of Neal on Tuesday, May 23.

Neal is from Dublin, Ohio, where she attends Dublin Jerome High School.

As a senior, Neal led her team from the No. 1 singles position, posting a 19-5 record. Dublin Jerome finished third in the Division I Team State Championships. During her sophomore and junior campaigns, the team won the state title.

Neal carries a USTA ranking of No. 36 for the Midwest (G18) and is currently ranked No. 9 in the state of Ohio for her class.
