Butler picked up their second win on the weekend with a 7-0 victory against BIG EAST opponent Providence on Saturday. It capped a 2-1 weekend for the Bulldogs in Rhode Island.

Lauren Marx swept doubles play for the Bulldogs.
Butler followed with seven singles wins including straight-set wins by Sutton (No. 2), Neal (No. 3), and
Callie Schmit (No. 6).
At No. 1 singles, Padgett beat Providence's Risa Takenaka in a third-set match tiebreaker.
The Bulldogs are back in action at home on Feb. 25 against Gustavus Adolphus College. The match is set to begin at 1:30 p.m.
