Butler finished seventh after 54 holes at the Islander Classic hosted by Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. The Bulldogs posted a team score of 954.

St. Mary's (Texas) finished first with a 54-hole team score of 913 (+49). They finished with a four-stroke advantage over Sam Houston State.

Kelsey McDougall was the top Bulldog, finishing 18^th with a total of 18-over 234. She finished the final 18 holes with a third-round 79 on the par-72, 6,092-yard Corpus Christi Country Club course.

Abigail Gleixner (+23; 80-81-78—239) finished in a tie for 23^rd.  Lauren Tibbets (+24, T-28), Rachel Gathof (+25, T-32), and Betsy Werner (+50, 58^th) round out the Butler five.

Hannah Alberto of Sam Houston State finished first with a two-shot advantage. She finished her third round with a one-under 71 .

The Bulldogs return to action next month with a pair of tournaments in Florida over the week of Spring Break. Butler will host the Benbow Invitational and the Bulldog Florida Invitational in the Jacksonville area.
