The home portion of the Bulldogs' 2018 schedule begins this weekend as Butler hosts three opponents at the Tennis Bubble on campus.

The Bulldogs are 2-2 on the young season.

Action begins Thursday when the University of Indianapolis and the Bulldogs meet at 4 p.m. Butler will also host Youngstown State Friday (4 p.m.) and Valparaiso Saturday (2 p.m.).

The Bulldogs played two of the opponents in 2017, defeating UIndy and then falling to Valparaiso.

In the team's first four matches, Adrian Mag has an impressive 3-1 record in singles play, including a perfect 3-0 mark at the No. 5 singles spot. Mason Dragos (2-1), Michael Dickson (2-1) and Ari Gerstein (2-1) also have winning records through the team's early spring play. Spencer Lang is 2-2 at the No. 3 singles spot.

The matches this weekend are three of the Bulldogs' five home contests in 2018. Butler's next home match is March 23 against BIG EAST foe Villanova. In between, the Bulldogs will play four road matches and make their annual Spring Break trip to Florida.
