After 18 holes, Butler leads the Bulldog Florida Invitational in Jacksonville, Fla. The tournament is being played at Windsor Parke Golf Club with play concluding Thursday with a final 18 holes.

Butler's team score of 331 paces the five-team field and is four shots clear of Monmouth (335).

In tough conditions, Butler's Abigail Gleixner has the individual lead after shooting a 78 Wednesday on the 6,003-yard course. She carries a two-shot lead into Thursday.

Lauren Tibbets is tied for third after an opening-round 81. Kelsey McDougall (85, T-seventh), Rachel Gathof (87, 14^th), and Allison Kinsinger (89, 16^th) round out the Butler scoring five.

Eastern Illinois (357), Fairfield (372) and Chicago State (373) round out the field.
