The Bulldogs picked up a 7-0 win Saturday afternoon, downing Southern Indiana at the Butler Tennis Bubble in Indianapolis.

Bailey Padgett posted a 6-0, 6-1 win at her customary No. 1 singles position. She also teamed with senior classmate Jordan Minnick for a 6-0 win at No. 1 doubles. Minnick had a straight-set win at No. 6 singles.

Those were two of Butler's six straight-set singles wins on the afternoon.

Butler is now 8-13 on the season.

The Bulldogs return to action Friday with a BIG EAST match against Villanova. First serve at the Butler Tennis Bubble is set for 4 p.m. Butler's men will also face the Wildcats in Indianapolis that afternoon.
