Senior Kyle Waggoner scored from first on a double to score the dramatic winning run in Wednesday night action under the lights, giving the Blue team a 6-5 victory in Game 3 of the Butler World Series.

The Gray team, coached by Eric Storey, had taken a 5-0 lead early in the game, but the Blue, skippered by Jeff Thomas, rallied for six runs in the 5th inning. Three walks and two errors combined with three hits led to the big inning.
For the winners, Moylan and senior catcher Mike Letzter each had two hits. Letzter with a triple. Sophomore Chase Byerly got the win in relief.
Newcomer Lucas Calderon had a double and sophomore Pat Gelwicks had a triple for the losing side. Freshman Marcos Calderon took the loss on the mound.
Team Thomas still owns a 2-1 lead in the series with game #4 to be played Friday at Bulldog Park at 4:30pm.
