"I love what I've seen so far from our guys in workouts," head coach Steve Farley said. "They have been pushing themselves in the weight room and in our positional training sessions. It has been fun to watch them compete in our IronMan events. Everybody is excited to get going with team practices."
The Bulldogs open the 2012 season Friday, Feb. 17 with a weekend series at Fresno State. The FSU Bulldogs won the 2008 NCAA College World Series. It marks the first time in 21 seasons Farley has taken the team to California for games.
