Butler Falls In Florida
Quarterback Josh McGregor passed for three touchdowns to lead Jacksonville to a 36-7 victory over visiting Butler in a Pioneer Football League game at D. B. Milne Field on Saturday (Nov. 14). The loss snapped Butler’s nine-game winning streak and spoiled the Bulldogs’ perfect season.

Andrew Huck Named PFL Offensive Player of the Week
Butler quarterback Andrew Huck, who helped lead the Bulldogs to a 31-28 victory at Dayton in a key league showdown, has been named Pioneer Football League Offensive Player of the Week. It’s the fourth time this season that the Butler signal caller has been honored by the PFL.

Three Butler Players Named Academic All-District
Butler defensive standouts Grant Hunter, Mark Giacomantonio and Spencer Summerville have been named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District V University Division Football Team, chosen by CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America). The three were among 24 student-athletes named first team on the Academic All-District V squad.

Butler Remains Unbeaten With Victory At Dayton
Sophomore quarterback Andrew Huck rushed for three touchdowns and passed for two more, but it took a stop at the one-yard line on the final play of the game to lift Butler past host Dayton, 31-28, in a key Pioneer Football League showdown at Welcome Stadium on Saturday (Nov. 7). The victory, Butler’s first at Dayton in more than two decades, kept the Bulldogs unbeaten after nine games!

Bulldogs Visit Dayton For First Place Showdown
For the first time since the Pioneer Football League was founded in 1993, Butler and Dayton will meet in a November game that has championship implications for both teams. The two squads, currently sharing first place in the PFL with Drake, will meet at Dayton’s Welcome Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 1 p.m. (ET).

Butler Slips Past Davidson, 14-7
Quarterback Andrew Huck led Butler on a 98-yard scoring drive late in the fourth quarter to lift the Bulldogs to a 14-7 victory over visiting Davidson in a Pioneer Football League game at the Butler Bowl on Saturday (Oct. 31). The victory boosted Butler to 8-0 on the season for the first time since 1961 and 5-0 in the PFL.

Bulldogs Face Davidson In Halloween Matinee
Halloween at the Butler Bowl won’t involve ghosts, goblins or witches’ brews. It will feature a Pioneer Football League showdown between Butler and visiting Davidson, starting a 12 p.m. (ET). And both teams will be seeking the same treat.
