High School: Constantino, a graduate of East Kentwood High School in Kentwood, Michigan, is described as a dynamic, attacking player with the ability to both create and score goals. He was a member of National Honor Society in high school and the committee head for his high school student council. A captain of his Grand Rapids Crew Juniors team, he finished runner up for the 2012 Mr. Soccer in the state of Michigan. He was a four year member of his high school varsty team at East Kenwood and the captain this past fall. Following a standout senior season, Constantino was named to the 2012 Michigan Dream Team and named an NSCAA All-American. With that came an opportunity to play in the All-American game, where he scored the game-winning goal.

"The reason I chose Butler is because of the variety of unique opportunities the campus provides. A huge part of my decision was how much I enjoyed the players both on and off the field," Constantino said.
