Loren Reinhard is in his second season as an assistant men's soccer coach at Butler. He joined the Bulldogs in 2003, after spending four seasons as a forward on the men's soccer team at Saint Louis University. During his four seasons at Saint Louis, Reinhardt helped the Billikens to four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances. In 2001, he played on a Saint Louis team that compiled a 18-2 record and reached the "Elite Eight" of the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship. He earned four varsity letters and helped Saint Louis to a 62-8-5 record during his collegiate career. Reinhardt attended Trinity High School in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a starter (along with his brother - current Butler goalkeeper Evan Reinhardt), captain and Most Valuable Player on the 1998 Trinity soccer squad, which posted a 26-0 record, captured the Kentucky state championship and wound up ranked third in the nation! He scored 45 goals and recorded 20 assists as a senior! The son of former Butler basketball player, Craig Reinhardt, Loren is currently working on completing his degree in marketing.
