2008-09 – Freshman Season: Recorded a
15-16 singles record, including a 6-1 mark against Horizon League
competition…played mostly at No. 5 singles, finishing 7-8 in
that spot….won four of his five matches at No. 4
singles…went 13-15 in doubles play, including 5-2 in league
play…went 2-2 while playing No. 1 doubles, 5-5 at No. 2
doubles and 4-2 in the No. 3 spot.
Pre-College: Earned a fourth-place finish in
the state championship in 2006...a four-time all-state
honoree...finished in the top-40 of the USTA Midwest Region
rankings in singles play and in the top-10 in doubles
competition...member of the National Honor Society.
