INDIANAPOLIS - Abilene Christian came to Butler and won at every position for a 7-0 win on Sunday.
ACU, a Division II team moving to Division I next year, won all three doubles matches 8-1. Abilene Christian then swept all six singles spots, five in straight sets. Caroline Hedrick was competitive at No. 2 singles, lasting three sets against Micah Hermsdorf. She won the second set 6-2.
Brittany Farmer also gave a good showing, falling 7-6, 6-3 at No. 4 singles.
The Bulldogs (3-10) have two home matches left, vs. UNC-Wilmington and UIC. BU's next match is Wednesday, Feb. 27 at Cincinnati.
