BU, which was coming off a tough 3-2 win over Cleveland State the night before, sprinted out to a 4-0 lead in the third set, forcing a Raider timeout. WSU managed to pull within 8-7 before an 8-1 run by the Bulldogs gave BU a 16-8. Wright State never got closer than five after that, as BU clinched the sweep with another 25-17 set.
Shaunda Standifer led WSU with 10 kills. Katherine Godina had 10 digs.
