Camille Gutierrez To Participate At NCAA Women's Coaches Academy

INDIANAPOLIS - Butler assistant volleyball coach Camille Gutierrez has been selected to participate in the NCAA Women's Coaches Academy. The event is held June 4-8 in Atlanta, Ga.

Gutierrez, who came to BU in January, will begin her first season at Butler this fall. She joined Sharon Clark's staff after three seasons at Indiana State University. Prior to coming to ISU, Gutierrez made stops at the University of the Pacific, Kennesaw State, West Virginia and first American River Junior College in California.

Established in 2002, the NCAA Women's Coaches Academy  provides skills training for coaches at all levels to assist them in being more efficient, productive, resourceful and successful. The academy is designed for women coaches who are ready and willing to increase their individual effectiveness by learning advanced skills and strategies that directly affect their personal and team success.
