MISSION STATEMENT
Our two basic objectives are to help enhance athletic performance while reducing the likelihood of injury. These two objectives are interrelated; by becoming a better conditioned, symmetrically balanced student-athlete you greatly reduce the risk of many injuries. To accomplish these, we emphasize activities that mimic sports demands, while always demanding proper technique.

PHILOSOPHY

OF LIFTING
To emphasize the big 3; squat, bench and clean. We also incorporate exercises to keep the body balanced.  Paramount to this are lifts that; demand bending of the knees, build both ground based strength/power and develop the posterior chain.

OF CONDITIONING
To utilize activities that most mimic the activities of the sport; agilities, sprints and plyometrics. We are looking to train our student-athletes in a manner that most specifically matches their athletic endeavor. Most team sports do a majority their training anaerobically.

OF DEALING WITH THE STUDENT-ATHLETE
Treat the student- athlete fairly and with respect, while requiring that they meet the goals of the program. Always remember what a privilege it is to work with the student-athletes we have.
