Box Score The Bulldogs have a big weekend upcoming in Chapel Hill, N.C. Starting on Friday, the Bulldogs will play four games in three days against Fairfield, North Carolina and IUPUI.
The Bulldogs are coming off of a 1-4 weekend in Nashville, Tenn. Butler lost their first four games but won their final game against Tennessee State, 11-1.
Sophomore Maggie MacBeth was named to the Big East Weekly Honor Roll after going 3-for-4 at the plate, including a triple, against Tennessee State. MacBeth scored three runs in the game, batted .631 for the week, and was named to the All-Tournament Team.
On Friday, the Bulldogs play Fairfield and North Carolina. On Saturday, the Bulldogs will take on Fairfield again, and on Sunday they will conclude the weekend with a game against IUPUI.
The first game will begin at 2:30pm against Fairfield. Live stats for all games are available and linked on the ButlerSports.com site.
