MAIN ARENA
Hinkle Fieldhouse represents Butler Athletics’ premier rental asset and one of the most recognizable historic venues in college athletics. The space is highly adaptable for non-athletic programming including concerts, graduations, corporate presentations, esports, trade shows, and large banquets. The arena features a center-hung video board, ribbon boards, professional stadium-grade sound system, and a fully integrated control room used for broadcasts and game presentation. Its built-in seating, premium areas, concourses, and broadcast capabilities make it attractive to external organizers seeking a unique venue experience. Rentals require extensive coordination involving staffing, conversions, security, and facility operations, but the revenue upside and brand exposure are significant.

          

        
     

EFROYMSON FAMILY GYM
Efroymson Family Gym is a strong rental asset due to its indoor flexibility and lower operational impact compared to Hinkle Fieldhouse. It is ideal for camps, youth clinics, and practice rentals, allowing Butler Athletics to generate revenue while preserving the main arena schedule. The EFG offers two large wall mounted displays, scoreboard, and audio/music for event use.

SELLICK BOWL
The Bud and Jackie Sellick Bowl offers strong rental potential for outdoor athletic competitions, camps, and community events. Its stadium infrastructure allows hosting high school football games, lacrosse tournaments, marching band showcases, and large-scale outdoor programming. The venue includes a stadium sound system, scoreboard display, and press box production capabilities for game operations. While setup and staffing demands are higher due to field protection and event logistics, the venue fills an important niche for regional sports organizations lacking stadium-quality facilities.

    


WILDMAN ROOM
The Wildman Room functions as a premium hospitality and event space ideal for mid-sized gatherings. With direct association to Hinkle Fieldhouse, it provides a high-end atmosphere suitable for corporate receptions, donor cultivation events, networking functions, and private celebrations. Operational requirements are moderate, making it an efficient rental product that can generate consistent revenue without full building activation. Built in display screen, house audio system with wireless microphones, and other sound options are available.

     

     

VARSITY FIELD
Varsity Field supports flexible usage across soccer and lacrosse, making it one of the most versatile outdoor rental assets. Youth academies, club leagues, and tournament organizers value collegiate-quality facilities for multi-game events. Its adaptability allows for recurring rentals that require manageable staffing compared to large stadium operations. Varsity field includes audio infrastructure for announcements and music during events. Portable video streaming equipment can be integrated to broadcast games, tournaments, or events.
