- Tori Schickel has scored in double figures in 14-straight games
- Schickel needs one more steal to hit 100 for her career (78 games)

Scouting DePaul (18-6, 10-2 BIG EAST)
The Blue Demons have won four-straight to improve their overall record to 18-6. A balanced scoring attack features six players scoring at least 10 points per game. Mart'e Grays is a 6-2 forward that shoots 40 percent from 3-point range. She leads DePaul with a 14.8 scoring average. Ashton Millender gives DePaul another talented long range shooter. The 5-8 guard also shoots 40 percent from distance. She leads DePaul with 67 made 3-point field goals this season. Yet another piece to the puzzle is 5-10 sophomore Kelly Campbell. The do-it-all player leads DePaul in rebounds (8.4), assists (5.8) and steals (1.7).

DePaul Drops Butler at Wintrust arena (Jan. 14, 2018)
The Blue Demons recorded an 87-65 win at Wintrust Arena in the first meeting against Butler. All five starters ended the contest in double figures with Ashton Millender and Mart'e Grays leading the group with 20 points each. Whitney Jennings and Tori Schickel were the top performers for BU. Jennings hit three 3-pointers to net a team-high 18 points. Schickel did most of her damage in the paint with 17 points and eight rebounds.

All-Time Series vs. DePaul
DePaul has never lost to Butler in 14 head-to-head meetings. The first matchup came during the 1984-85 season with DePaul winning 61-56. The two programs were each members of the North Star Conference.

Scouting Marquette (15-8, 9-3 BIG EAST)
Marquette is a talented bunch that won their first seven BIG EAST games, but since have gone 2-3 with setbacks to Georgetown, DePaul and Creighton. Preseason Player of the Year Allazia Blockton currently leads the conference in scoring at 18.9 points per game. There is no easy way to slow down Marquette as each member of the starting five averages at least 12 points per game. Erika Davenport protects the paint for the Golden Eagles. She averages 12.5 ppg while leading the club in rebounds at 8.0 per contest.

Butler Battles Back at Marquette (Jan. 12, 2018)
Butler erased a 10-point halftime deficit at Marquette to give the Golden Eagles a scare at the Al McGuire Center. A Kristen Spolyar 3-point field goal with less than two minutes to play would give Butler a 67-63 lead. The upset bid would fall short however as Marquette ended the game on a 6-0 run to claim a 69-67 win. Danielle King kept Marquette alive with a big shot in crunch time and Allazia Blockton would net the final four points.

All-Time Series vs. Marquette
The all-time series between Marquette and Butler favors the Golden Eagles 10-7. The first meeting came back during the 1985-86 season with Butler edging Marquette 62-61. Butler's last win over Marquette came in Milwaukee during the 2014-15 season. BU won 76-67.

Pink Game
Friday night's game between Butler and DePaul will be the annual Pink Game. The first 500 ticketed fans will receive a pink T-shirt in honor of breast cancer awareness.

Senior Day
Sydney Buck, Kaela Hodges and Iman Lathan will all be recognized before tip-off on Sunday afternoon for Senior Day.

Stiff Competition
Butler will try to snap a four-game losing streak this weekend at Hinkle Fieldhouse, but it won't be easy. Both DePaul and Marquette are receiving votes in the latest national poll. DePaul is the top team in the conference (10-2) and has the reigning BIG EAST Player of the Week in Mart'e Grays. DePaul has never lost to Butler in 14 tries. The Golden Eagles are coming off a loss, just their third of the conference season, and won't take BU lightly after the Bulldogs nearly defeated Marquette at the Al McGuire Center in January.

Double-Double
Tori Schickel has nine double-doubles this year, moving her career total to 30.

Jennings Shoots Up Scoring List
Whitney Jennings is just 20 points shy of landing on the BU top-ten list for most points recorded in a single-season. Through 25 games, Jennings has scored 439 points. To reach the top ten she will need 21 points to replace Julie VonDielingen (Shelton). Jennings currently averages 17.6 points per game, the highest average on the team and the second-best average in the BIG EAST. If the season were to end today she would rank sixth all-time for the highest scoring average in a single-season.

Jennings For 3!
Whitney Jennings has hit 65 3-point field goals this season, a total that places her in a tie for seventh place at Butler for makes in a single-season. She has a realistic shot to move to fourth all-time over the weekend. Ellen Hamilton (2005-06) currently holds that spot with 69 made 3-point field goals in a single season.

1,000 Career Point Club
Junior Tori Schickel reached 1,000 career points on Jan. 10 against St. John's. She became just the 22nd player in Butler women's basketball history to reach 1,000. The standout center will now try to climb up the all-time scoring list at BU. She heads into the weekend with 1,137 points, the 16th highest total in school history. Cortney Urquhart (2001-05) is next on the list with 1,154 points. Schickel has a very good chance at moving to 14th all-time. Martha Kondalski (1985-89) currently holds that spot with 1,157.

All-Time Great
Tori Schickel has 802 rebounds in her career, a total that ranks her fourth all-time at Butler. Schickel will attempt to become just the third player in school history to reach 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in her BU career, joining Elza Purvlicis (1980-84) and Beth Piepenbrink (1980-83). Schickel also ranks 8th all-time in career blocks. She leads the team with 35 blocks on the year, moving her career total to 115.

BEDN
Each Butler game this weekend will stream on BEDN. Matt Schumacker and Ralph Reiff will break down the action on Friday night. Reiff will return on Sunday to work alongside play-by-play man Will Haskett.
