Final Results
The Bulldogs posted a second-place finish at the Dayton Flyer Invitational. The event concluded Tuesday.

Butler kept the No. 2 spot after entering the day trailing only the University of Indianapolis. The Bulldogs shot 297 (+17), which was the best round of the day Tuesday. Combined with Butler's opening-round 301 (+21), the Bulldogs finished at 598 (+38).

Indianapolis captured the team title with a score of 589 (+29). They entered the final round with a 10-shot advantage, surrendering only one stroke to the Bulldogs on Tuesday. There were 12 teams in the field.

Katelyn Le tied for fifth individually after shooting 75 Tuesday to pair with her opening-round 71 on the NCR Country Club north course in Kettering, Ohio. Le's total of 146 was six-over.

Ohio State's Alexis Phadungmartvorakul, playing as an individual, won the event at round of 139 (-1) after rounds of 67 and 72.

Ally Ross tied for ninth at 149 (+9) with rounds of 74 and 75. Freshman
Katie Steinman and
Claire Edwards tied for 17
th at 152 (+12). Edwards shot 73 Tuesday, which was the low round for the Bulldogs.

Alaina Bowie (155; +15) tied for 31st. Bowie shot 74 Tuesday.

Madalin Small, playing as an individual for the Bulldogs, shot 154 (+14) to tie for 28
th. She shot 74 Tuesday as well. Â

The event concludes the fall portion of the Bulldogs' 2021-22 campaign. The team returns to competition in February.
