@ButlerUMTennis falls to Ball State 6-1

The Butler men's tennis team fell to Ball State 6-1 on Saturday afternoon.

Thomas Brennan was able to secure the lone point of the day for the Bulldogs after taking his singles match against Thibault De Negri to three sets. Brennan lost the first set 3-6 but then rallied in the second to take it 7-5. Brennan prevailed with a 10-8 victory in the final set to secure a point for the team.

Filip Tensing took his match to a tie breaker after Ball State secured the match. Tensing in the 10 point tie breaker could not secure another point dropping the tie breaker 10-6.

The Bulldogs are back in action Sunday, March 28, at home against the Marian Knights. The match is set to being at 3 PM.
