For the 2021-2022 academic year, the process for student ticketing will move to the BU Dawg Pound Student Rewards app.
Beginning with the soccer doubleheader on Aug. 26, students will need to claim a mobile ticket via the app to gain admission to athletic facilities. This process will apply to all ticketed sports – Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Basketball, Football and Volleyball.
Baseball, Softball, Women's Lacrosse, Tennis, Track & Field, Swimming and Golf events are free to all, including students and the general public. No identification or tickets will be needed to attend these events.
GETTING STARTED
- Download the BU Dawg Pound Student Rewards App from the apple or google play store.
- Create an account using your Butler.edu email. If you have previously downloaded the app, you must change your email to your Butler.edu account in the Edit Profile section
- Once logged in, complete your profile by clicking on the three bars in the top right corner.
- Choose Select Account, then Click Edit Profile, Complete the Profile Fields and Save.
HOW TO CLAIM A TICKET FOR EACH GAME
Tickets will be available until 30 minutes after the start of each game. After that, you will need to check in with the ticket office at Gate 4.
- Open up your app and scroll to the event you want to attend.
- Inside the event, you will see Are You Going? Click the Yes button
- This will generate a unique QR code. This is your ticket to show to the ticket scanners at entry.
- Screenshots will NOT be permitted.
- If your QR code does not immediately generate, go back to the main screen and click on the event again.
For men's basketball, students will use the same steps as above. However, because student seating is limited, a waitlist function will be in place. To learn more, visit our student ticketing page.
