The Butler Bulldogs are back in action Friday and Saturday (Sept. 17-18) for the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational hosted by Ball State.
Â
The 54-hole tournament will feature 13 teams. The Bulldogs will be joined in the field by the host Cardinals, IUPUI, Loyola, Morehead State, Northern Kentucky, Bowling Green, Eastern Kentucky, Oakland, Ohio, Purdue Fort Wayne, Taylor, and Wright State.
Â
The two-day tournament will be played at the Delaware Country Club, which is a par-70 track. The first 36 holes are slated to begin Friday with a 9 a.m. shotgun start and continuous play. The final 18 holes are set for a split tee at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Coach
Colby Huffman's five-person line-up for the weekend includes
Daniel Tanaka,
Damon Dickey,
Weston Guili,
Raymond Sullivan, and
Henry Quinn. Of that group, only Sullivan had carried a Butler golf bag in competition prior to this season. Tanaka is a redshirt freshman, while Dickey, Guili and Quinn are each true freshmen.
Â
Tanaka, Guili and Dickey, along with
Nick Williams, were part of the line-up in the season-opening Hoosier Collegiate Invitational Sept. 5-6. Williams will compete as an individual this weekend.
