Butler had a plan coming out of the stoppage and it worked on back-to-back trips as
Rachel McLimore drove through the Jag defense for four quick points. McLimore gave BU a six-point lead at 55-49, but IUPUI would go on a 12-0 scoring run to give the Jags a six-point cushion with less than a minute to play.
Anna Mortag ended the IUPUI scoring spree with a three-pointer and got Butler back within one possession. The nail in the coffin came late in the game with IUPUI going with a pick and roll on their final possession.
