On Wednesday, October 26th, Butler University hosted the Annual Butler Tip-Off Dinner on the main floor of Hinkle Fieldhouse to get ready for the upcoming men's and women's basketball seasons. In excitement for the upcoming season, the event was sold out weeks prior to the event. 

The event featured sit downs with Head Coach Thad Matta, Junior guard Chuck Harris, Graduate Transfer guard Eric Hunter from the men's team; as well as women's Head Coach Austin Parkinson, Senior Guard Tenley Dowell, and Graduate Transfer guard Shay Frederick.

The women's basketball regular season tips off on Wednesday, November 9th, at 7:00 PM vs Chicago State at Hinkle Fieldhouse
