On Saturday, February 5, Butler Athletics was proud to recognize 22 of our endowed scholarship donors in attendance on the main court at Hinkle Fieldhouse during the men's basketball game vs St. John's.
 
Fifty-two generous donors have created an endowed athletic scholarship which plays a vital role in providing an outstanding student-athlete experience for our current and future Bulldogs. Scholarships are essential to Butler's ability to recruit and retain the nation's most talented and deserving student-athletes, ensuring that Butler Athletics will continue to be successful in competition and in preparing our graduates to make a meaningful impact in the world.
 
An investment in our athletics scholarship program through an endowed scholarship gift provides a direct benefit to both the University and our individual student-athletes. As Butler's endowment grows through the generous gifts of our scholarship donors, our athletics scholarship program is funded through an increasingly sustainable source. Endowed scholarships can be established with a minimum gift of $50,000, payable over five years.
 
We are very close to reaching our endowed athletic scholarship goal of $4.5 million for the Butler Beyond campaign by May 31, 2022. Your gift could help us get there.
