The Bulldogs head to Florida for the second consecutive week as Butler will participate in the Advance Golf Partners Collegiate. UNC-Greensboro serves as the host of the event, which will be played in Palm City, Fla.
Coach
Colby Huffman will utilize a line-up of
Raymond Sullivan, redshirt freshman
Daniel Tanaka, and three true freshmen in
Weston Guili,
Damon Dickey and
Henry Quinn.
Nick Williams will compete as an individual.
The three-day event includes 18 holes each round. On Sunday, competition begins at 7:30 a.m. with the first Bulldog teeing off at 8:20 off the tenth tee. Butler will play alongside Campbell, Winthrop and Samford Sunday. Monday features groups going off No. 1 and No. 10 beginning at 7:30 a.m., while Tuesday's final round will be an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
The par-72 Hammock Creek Golf Club course will be set up at 7,169 yards.
The Bulldogs are part of a 21-team field that includes host UNC-Greensboro, BIG EAST foes in Creighton and Connecticut, along with USC Upstate, Wofford, South Dakota, Winthrop, Mercer, Florida A&M, Iona, George Mason, Murray State, Samford, Western Carolina, Campbell, Old Dominion, Valparaiso, Ohio, Bellarmine, and Drexel.
