Final Results

INDIANAPOLIS – The Butler men's tennis team fell to Yale 6-1 Friday afternoon at the Butler Bubble.

Alvaro Huete Vadillo picked up a win at No. 2 singles over Yale's Cody Lin, 7-6(4), 6-2, for Butler's point in the match.

Thomas Brennan won a set over Michael Sun, the No. 69 singles player in the ITA Division I rankings, but Sun won in three sets, 7-5, 6-7(4), 6-3. Drew Michael also took a set in his match at No. 4 singles, but Yale's Aidan Reilly won, 6-1, 4-6, 6-2.

The Bulldogs are scheduled to return to the Bubble for a match with Illinois State on Sunday, Feb. 6 at 10:30 a.m.
