Final Results

MIAMISBURG, OHIO – The Butler women's tennis team fell in a close match to Dayton 4-3 on Sunday at the South Regency Tennis Center.

The duo of Sara Linn and Logan White picked up a win for the Bulldogs at No. 2 doubles, but Dayton won in the first and third positions to take the doubles point.

In singles, Natalie Boesing won 6-7, 6-1, 6-3 over Dayton's Erica Wojcikiewicz in the top spot, while freshmen Norah Balthazor (6-4, 6-1) and Katie Beavin (6-1, 4-6, 6-2) picked up points at No. 4 and No. 5 singles, respectively.

Butler will travel to Bloomington for its next match against Indiana on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
