The Butler track and field teams are scheduled to compete in their first meet of the outdoor season at the Blizzard Buster on Friday in Oxford, Ohio.

A trio of Bulldogs will compete in four events in addition to the men's 3000m race featuring six Butler student-athletes. Nick Doud, Andrew Kendrick, Nate Lantz, Max Lauerman, Sean Robertson and Carter Schorr are among 36 entrants on the heat sheets for the 3000m.

In women's distance events, Lexi Affolter, Camille Hines and Morgan Walsh will run in the 1500m, while Margo Hornocker, Ashlyn Minton and Elsa Rusthoven are scheduled to take part in the 3000m race.

Zac Stanley, Chris Stein and Max Wilhelm are preparing to run in the men's 200m dash, while Jade Chadicon, Erin Haugh and Reagan Kelly are on the heat sheets for the women's 200m race.

In field events, Lucy Czirjak has long jump and triple jump competitions, while Drew Herman is slated for the high jump.
