Youngstown, Ohio –
The Butler men's tennis team won 4-3 over Youngstown State on Sunday at the YSU Tennis Center to finish the weekend 2-0.

The Bulldogs, who improved to 7-7 on the season, again needed four singles matches to win after doing the same against Georgetown on Saturday.

Michael Dickson got the first team point for Butler with a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles. Thomas Brennan followed that up with a 6-4, 6-3 win in the top spot, while Alvaro Huete Vadillo (6-4, 6-2) also won at No. 2 singles.

That set up Patrick Joss to clinch the match with a tough three-set victory over Youngstown State's Will Everett (6-2, 5-7, 6-2).

Butler's next scheduled match is at home this Friday at 3 p.m. against Eastern Illinois.
