Pine Mountain, Ga. – The Bulldogs will tee off at the 2022 BIG EAST Men's Golf Championship Presented by JEEP beginning Monday at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Ga. The teams will play the Mountain View Course.  
 
The BIG EAST Men's Golf Championship is a three-day, 54-hole tournament with competition starting each day at 8:20 a.m. ET. Live stats will be available via GolfStat. The team winner will earn the BIG EAST's automatic berth to the 2022 NCAA Championship. Should the individual champion not be a member of the winning team, he will also earn an automatic spot in the NCAA Championship.  
 
Last year, UConn held off Marquette to win by six strokes. Seton Hall was third, seven strokes behind Marquette. Butler graduate Michael Cascino claimed the individual title in 2021, winning on the third hole of a playoff.
 
Marquette is the No. 1 seed in this year's championship. Grad student Hunter Eichhorn is the Golden Eagles' leader and the highest ranked BIG EAST player by GolfStat. Last year, Eichhorn was the BIG EAST Championship co-medalist alongside Cascino and he was the individual winner in 2018 as a freshman.
 
Raymond Sullivan has been the Bulldog leader with a 73.65 stroke average through his 20 rounds this season. Freshman Damon Dickey has played 25 rounds with a scoring average of 74.52. Dickey and Daniel Tanaka have played in all of the Bulldogs' events this season.
 
Those three will be joined in Georgia by Henry Quinn, Nick Williams and Michael Tanaka.
 
Coach Colby Huffman will be able to utilize five of those six in each round.
