Sunday's Final Round of Boilermaker Invitational on Tap for @ButlerUGolf Men

The Bulldogs enter the final round of the Boilermaker Invitational tied for 12th. The field is one of the strongest in the Midwest this spring.

Butler's Raymond Sullivan is tied for tenth at one-over 143. He shot an even-par 71 in Saturday's second round. Sullivan had four birdies in each of his Saturday rounds on the 7,275-yard Ackerman-Allen Golf Course.

Daniel Tanaka shot rounds of 79 and 75 Saturday. His total of 154 is tied for 53rd. Damon Dickey is one shot behind him and tied for 59th. Weston Guili and Henry Quinn are tied for 77th at 161.

Butler opened the event with a team score of 312 in the morning round before improving to post a 299 in the afternoon session that was able to get all 18 holes in as darkness loomed.

Illinois, ranked No. 21 nationally, holds a one-shot lead over host Purdue entering Sunday's play. The Fighting Illini shot 561 (-7) over the first 36 holes.

Adrien Dumont de Chassart of Illinois has the individual lead at 134 (-8) after rounds of 69 and 65 Saturday. He is three shots clear of Purdue's Cole Bradley.

Sunday's play will include tee times beginning at 10 a.m. Quinn will be the first Bulldog to tee off at 10:45 a.m., going off Hole No. 10. Live scoring will be available via GolfStat.
