Final Results

Champaign, Ill. – The Butler track and field teams had two top of the podium finishes and a trio of strong performances in the men's 5000m on Saturday at the Illini Classic.

Drew Herman won the high jump with a 1.90m leap, while Carter Schorr won the 3000m steeplechase race in a time of 9:08.47.

Three Bulldogs finished high in a field of 38 in the 5000m run, with Nick Doud securing third place with a 14:24.60 time. Sean Robertson (14:26.26) and Ryan Adkins (14:28.86) placed fourth and sixth, respectively.

Butler will head west next week for the Bryan Clay Invitational and Mt. Sac Relays in California.
