@ButlerWTennis is Set to Compete in Multiple Singles Matches at the ITA Regionals

The Butler women's tennis program took on their second day of play at the ITA (Intercollegiate Tennis Association) Ohio Valley Conference Regionals in Knoxville, Tenn. 
 
In the consolation Round of 64-Q singles, senior Natalie Boesing, who earned a No. 9 seed for the tournament, defeated Elle Kotre from IUPUI, 6-2, 6-1. Boesing is set to play Luca Bohlen from Austin Peay in the consolation Round of 32. 
 
In addition, Chase Metcalf and Katie Beavin will also compete in the consolation Round of 32 singles. Metcalf will play Micah Pierece from the University of Memphis. Katie Beavin will play Madlena Orlova from Chattanooga. 
 
No. 9 Boesing, Metcalf, Jordan Schildcrout, Lauren Cook, Elle Martin, Emma Beavin, and Katie Beavin will compete in an additional Round of 128 singles matches tomorrow. 
 
The additional Round of 128 singles start at 10 a.m. (Central time). The consolation Round of 32 matches times are TBA.
