INDIANAPOLIS – The Butler women's basketball team scored 108 points in their 67-point win over Franklin in exhibition action on Monday night. All 14 players on the roster found the scoring column against the Grizzlies and 'Dawgs ended the night shooting 56.6 percent from the field in the win.
 
Butler had four players score in double figures and were helped out with 50 bench points. The Bulldog defense forced 31 Grizzly turnovers and held Franklin to 26 percent shooting.
 
Butler will open the 2023-24 regular season at (RV) Iowa State on Monday, Nov. 6. Tip-off in Ames is set for 12 PM and will stream on ESPN+.
