@ButlerXCTF Earn Top Finishes at 2023 Indiana Early Bird Meet

The Bulldogs traveled to Bloomington Friday night to compete in the final meet of 2023 at the Indiana Early Bird Meet hosted by Indiana University.

Top performances by the Bulldogs included:

Liam Dennis led the pack in the men's 1000 meters winning the event in 2.28.15
Morgan Walsh crossed the line In the women's 600 meters in third with a time of 1.37.21. Teammate Jenna Doezema followed in fifth at 1.39.05.
Renate Toldo made the podium in the women's mile placing third at 5:08.70. Ashley Learn finished right beside her in fourth with a time of 5:09.11
Zac Stanley claimed third in the men's long jump with a distance of 6.89 meters.

Butler will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 6 in Urbana-Champaign, Ill. for the Illini Classic.
