Butler posted a 4.5-2.5 win over DePaul Tuesday morning in the final contest of the 2023 BIG EAST Match Play event.

With the decision, the Bulldogs claimed two of their three match-ups in the event after splitting a pair of Monday results, defeating St. John's and falling to UConn.

The match play event was held at the Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, Fla., over the past two days. The course was set up at 7,400 yards.

In Tuesday's win over DePaul, the Bulldogs got wins from Derek Tabor, Raymond Sullivan, Connor McNeely and Daniel Tanaka. Damon Dickey halved his match.

The four Bulldogs who claimed wins Tuesday also posted victories Monday afternoon against St. John's.

The Bulldogs are next in action beginning Sunday, traveling to Palm City, Fla., for the UNC Greensboro Collegiate.
