Raleigh N.C. — The Butler track and field team wrapped up the busy weekend against elite competition at the Raleigh Relays

The Bulldog men's quartet of Ben Bradley, Luke Finnegan, Jack Elder, and Gavin Cougle broke the school record in the 4x100 relay. Their mark of 40.78 earned a sixth-place finish and was the top time in the BIG EAST as of Saturday night.

Cougle and Bradley added to their successful weekend by setting new personal bests in the 200 meters at 21.65 and 21.82. Zac Stanley also posted a new lifetime best in the event at 22.59.

On the women's side, Katherine Olsen and Morgan Walsh earned new personal bests in the women's 800 meters. Olsen clocked in at 2:10.66 to place 26th, while Walsh finished just behind at 2:11.60 for 38th, respectively.
