INDIANAPOLIS – Butler Baseball Head Coach Blake Beemer has added Isaiah Paige to the Bulldog coaching staff in prep for the upcoming 2024 season. Additionally, Assistant Coach Bladen Bales has been promoted as the full-time Recruiting Coordinator.
 
Paige started at Michigan in a National Championship game as a redshirt-freshman for the Wolverines and spent the last two seasons as a pitching development coach for the Baltimore Orioles (FCL). He was an Academic All-Big Ten selection at UM playing from 2017-2021.
 
After graduation, Paige joined the Baltimore Orioles High A Team as a fundamentals coach. He worked primarily with outfielders and baserunners while developing scouting reports. In 2022, Paige joined the Orioles Florida Complex League team. He assisted the pitching staff daily by managing workloads, bullpens, and scouting reports.
 
Paige is now the third assistant on Coach Beemer's staff. Ross Learnard and Bladen Bales will each return for their second season with Butler.
